Special Orders
To enquire about placing a special order a style:
Zendie is pleased to announce our special order program. If you have seen a style in a magazine or heard about a piece that would would just love to have we are now offering special orders for our customers.
We currently offer special orders for the following brands:
Ksubi, Karen Walker Jewellery, Nudie Jeans, Something Else, Sewn, Stolen Girlfriend's Club and Antipodium.
Contact us by using our form here. We need as much information as you can possibly provide: Style name, brand, size, colourway, fabric and style number. (Bless you if you have this number. It makes our job so much easier). If it's a style we already carry, we'll be able to send the item out to you immediately. In most cases though, we will research it's availability, the approximate price and estimated time of delivery. Then you can let us know whether you wish to place a special order. For special orders we require a full deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the piece subsequently turns out to be unavailable between the time you place your order and the time you make your deposit payment. Special orders can take anywhere from three to eight weeks to arrive. We'll let you know when you order how long we think it will take to get that particular style (based on past experience with our suppliers), and we'll keep you informed if there any delays or difficulties getting your piece. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).
Our price estimates are based on the latest information available to us through our suppliers. When your order arrives, we'll contact you and let you know your order is pending immediate delivery for the next business day. Mailing charges are determined by weight and destination. GST is applicable in Australia. Please keep us informed about any changes in your contact information.
